Are you kids in classical school--or do you just love Latin? This print combines that erudite language with the whimsical fun of everyone's favorite nonsense poet, Ogden Nash.
Hand designed and printed in Nashville, Tennessee.
This is a letterpress print with hand cut embellishments. It features Ogden Nash's poem "The Rabbit," translated into Latin for the collection "Ave Ogden."
In English, the poem reads
This is a poem about rabbits
That doesn't mention their habits.
In Latin,
Hic est versus de leporibus
Qui nil memorat de moribus.
